Well my salty friends today marks 1 year since we officially launched The Taipa Salt Pig!

It’s been a privilege to meet so many wonderful and supportive customers over the past year. In our first year of production we’ve harvested around 250kg’s of salt, attended over 30 markets, connected with 9 stockists in Northland and Auckland and secured our first restaurant!
